Who we are
Missing Link is the strategic partner of local and national governments, water and utility companies on their journey of digitalisation. With our people having several decades of experience in intelligent industry, lean manufacturing, industry 4.0, quality management, public governance, drinking water production & distribution and utilities, we have the right knowledge to guide your organization through these challenging projects.
For the last years we’ve been helping several water- and utility companies in the deployment of digital smart water-, electricity and gas meters and to transform their meterchains and billing processes to current high efficiency digital standards.
In 2022, Missing Link Morocco s.a.r.l. was founded as part of the Missing Link Group with a mixture of our proven knowledge and several local partners in Morocco. Purpose is to work together on digitalization projects of water- and electricity meters throughout Morocco. Whether it’s for a thousand or a million meter project, you can rely on us.
In 2024, our new office was opened in Muscat, Oman where Missing Link is helping the local water utilities deploying a fully operational AMR program. For the last 2 years a total of 500.000 digital devices was added to the LoRa network, a smart MDM was built with integrated VEE rule sets and Alarm and event monitoring, and the overall business performance can now be monitored end to end.
